Rachael is the lead medic for the UK charity Supporting Wounded Veterans. This involves her going skiing with veterans all whom have been injured. Many are amputees, some are blind, deaf or brain injured, most have some degree of PTSD. These ex soldiers can be truly inspirational, meeting them, getting to know them offers a different perspective on life.
