We know your life as a seafarer isn’t always ‘Instagram Fantastic’. We’ve been here for 25 years and know more about what happens to your body in this lifestyle than probably any other manual therapy team.
We understand the requirements of repetitive sanding, polishing and the demands of working in small spaces and then sleeping on not great mattresses. Apart from regular lifting injuries we can see the changes your body makes when you are constantly running up and down narrow staircases, when you can never get a good walk going without having to open a door or go up or down some steps. So when you are in pain, call us and we can usually put you back to being your awesome fit self.

We also know how isolating and lonely it can get when you are away from your friends and families. Especially if there is conflict onboard. Even more so if you are missing big family and friend events.
